Help! What can I eat now?

So I was already gluten and soy free (though not super strict about it), then because of my nursling's reactions, I also had to cut out nuts, peanuts, and dairy.
Now I'm having my wisdom teeth out. Oh, and I also have to be careful to get tons of fiber and not eat constipating foods like bananas and white rice, due to digestive problems.
What am I going to be able to eat for the next few days?! Applesauce alone will not sustain me when I'm nursing a 2-month old.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Smoothies? I make mine with coconut milk since we are df, too. And whatever fruit and greens you want. Collard greens actually blend really well into smoothies, I can put half a bunch in and not taste it.

Lots of nice soups? You can pack a lot of goodness into a soup.

can you do black beans?a bb salad with fresh red, yellow, orange peppers.
Lots of fruit.
I eat lots of eggs with shitake mushrooms for protien and immune boosters.
I sprinkle kelp on whatever mixes well with it. Or any other seaweeds are huge in many nutrients and calcium.
While you are probably cow dairy free, most non dairy will be ok with Goat milk products as Goat Milk has a smaller fat molecular structure and is broken down in the gut much easier. I eat goat yogurt plain and with fruit & cheese. The fruit ones cover the goat taste very well. I eat some every morning with my probiotics for my intestines and my J Pouch.
I don't due soy product either as they trip my hypoglycemia. But we do Rice milk or Hemp Milk.

Soups are a winner.

If you've got any bone broth on hand, that's filled with nutrients, and you can just sip it all day long. Alternate that with smoothies, and you'll be good for a few days. Our smoothies are frozen blueberries and strawberries, a banana, coconut milk, and pineapple juice. I stick some probiotics in there as well. You can also stick some spinach in there without altering the taste. Mashed potatoes and gravy are filling (making the gravy with an alternate grain -- I like sweet potato flour for mine). Cauliflower and broccoli cooked really well are quite mushy too.

Broth was a life savor when I had my wisdom teeth out. It feels so nice against where they cut and it's so nutritious.

I have similar dietary restrictions, and recently had some dental work one (fillings, but the novacaine injection site hurt for 3 days and made it hard for me to chew.) I ended up making myself "baby food" by cooking beef, onions, and carrots in bone broth and then pureeing the mixture.

How about:

smoothies made with egg white and/or rice protein powder

bone broth

cooked yams, mashed smooth if necessary

homemade "baby food" made from bone broth, in which you cook meat and veggies, then puree til smooth.

lots and lots and lots of jars of baby food.

After a few days, you can move to soft foods such as scrambled eggs.

Winter squash? I know we still have it in the stores here. Soups, soups, smoothies, smoothies! I hope you heal well and quickly!
