Need reusable liners

Thread Starter
After lots of trying out os dipes we have decided to go with the bgos organics, we will be diapering two for a little while (hopefully just a little while, ds just turned 3 and dd is due in 2 1/2 months). My only issue is because it is all cotton the moisture stays on his bum, right now we are in temps of over 100 degrees and will likely be for the next two months and he sometimes gets a little rash. I think it is the combination of heat and moisture. I am using IV flushable liners but they don't help with the moisture, nor are they economical. I would like to find a natural liner that wicks moisture, is there such a thing? Or do I have to go with fleece? I would really like to keep something with natural fibres against both babies skin. It doesn't need to be absorbent, these diapers have been bulletproof for us and our heavy wetter ds. I just want a natural way to get moisture off his bum. Is it a pipe dream??
TIA
Erin

I haven't run into anything else.

I know that silk liners exist, but I'm not sure they wick moisture away. You could try a search on here or google and see if you find any comments as to their wicking capabilities...

There's hemp, but you're going to pay for it! Here are some from GMD: http://www.greenmountaindiapers.com/doublers.htm

HTH!

Just to clarify, hemp is very absorbant and great as a doubler, but won't wick moisture away from baby, if that's what you're looking for.

Microfleece seems to work best for wicking moisture away from the skin. You can even make your own if you don't care to purchase them. You don't need to hem the edges because they don't fray in the wash.
