What can I DO with this HoneyDEW?

Last week's CSA box had this mondo honeydew in it. It was bigger than most watermelons I've seen. We've been eating it all week and we've only made it halfway through.

This morning's box had another one.

Other than just chopping it up and eating it for breakfast and dessert, what can I do with it? Any recipes using honeydew?

Honeydew is delicious frozen - I use a melon baller & freeze the balls like grapes. I squirt lime on mine & sometimes roll it in lime zest & coconut prior to freezing.. sooo good!

It also makes an awesome sorbet if you have an ice cream maker!

Honeydew is an awesome addition to fruit salads - the melon baller makes a huge difference. It's also good with mint, basil, cucumber, watermelon & feta cheese. No kidding!

I've made creamsicles with them before, but I can't find the recipe I use. They're good in creamy shakes, too.
