Hi there,

I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can go to get a religious vaccine exemption in the Ft. Lauderdale area. I have been googling like crazy and I cannot find any specific locations to go to or make an appointment.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

You need to go to your local county health department. Some health departments require an appointment.

Just know that you do NOT have to bring your child NOr state what religion you are.

Good site with the FL statutes

good luck!

You go to the Health Dept. Not sure about Ft. Laud. but I got mine at the Delray Beach health center 225 S. Congress 561-274-3100.
It was really easy. They talked to me and gave me some informational flyers and that was it. It's a blue certificate type thing.
Mind you, this was a few years ago, but hopefully it hasn't changed

Thanks so much. I'm going to check it out online and give them a call on Monday.
