i'm really hoping this isn't so...i live in arkansas, and i selectively and delay vax my children. to force them to have shots...i can't even imagine.

Well.........this guy may be a lawyer, but his job is to represent the interests of the State, not the caller. This lawyer is NOT an impartial information source at all. I'd wait and see if this info is put out there by any other sources.

That sounds horrible. Think goodness this guy has no power. I live in Arkansas and as far as waivers for vaccines for school, it was really easy.
