How many diapers to do a trial?

I am just delving into CD and want to try out Bumgenius OS organic w/snaps and the gro baby diaper, and sposoeasy AIO . Will one of each give me a good idea of how they work and how I like them?

That's what I did when I first started. Bought one of each of 4 different brands, and I think that was fine to see which I liked best...

I just bought one of each too before buying the rest. My suggestion is not to get all of one kind though. I had a variety for our first and plan to do the same for #2. My favourite diaper changed as he grew and changed so I liked having different ones to pick from.

One of each will certainly let you try them out. Lots of people like to try a few kinds before making a major commitment to one brand or style.

I found a friend who CDs and went to her house to try them all out (on a doll) and ask her which were working best. She has a huge stash of all different types. I did a lot of online research too and wrote all the things I did and did not want and finally decided on prefolds with one size covers since I have two in diapers. GL!
