I just checked your signature in the backend and you have a
lot of extra [ color ] [ /color ] and [ font ] [ /font ] and [ B ] [ /B ] and [ I ] [ /I ] code in there. As in: aside from your 8 different colored words, fonts and styles, some code is not wrapped around any text at all.
Dangling code makes the software confused and it therefore reads your signature as being too long. In fact, there is so much extra code that I suggest copying your signature text to a word doc, deleting what you have in there currently, copying the plain text in, and then decorating your text from scratch.
That should fix it up for you.
