How to get daddy to babywear...

My BF doesn't usually wear the baby in the Ergo, even though he picked it out. Today though, was a different story!

Me: Do you want me to get the laundry from the basement?
BF: I'll get it
Me: So you want me to hold the baby while you do that?
BF: I want to hold the baby
Me: So you want me to go to the basement?
BF: I'll go to the basement
Me: So I'll hold the baby.
BF: You ALWAYS get to hold the baby. Should I take the baby with me to the basement?
Me: You could.
BF: But what do I do with the baby while I'm doing the laundry?
Me: Put him in the Ergo.
BF: I think the Ergo's in the car.
Me: I think so too.
BF: Ok

Proceeds down to the car to put the baby in the Ergo and go to the basement! It was adorable! And the first time BF put baby in the Ergo all by himself!

Awesome! I remember when Hunter was a baby and Brian (my DH) would come home and want to hold him, and I'd say that I got it,and he'd tell me that I was home all day and had plenty of time to be with Hunter

Awww so sweet, doing laundry *and* insisting on holding his son. I have another surefire way to get DH to babywear: go hiking!

That's great!

I get my DH to wear the 2 yo by complaining that I'm too hot or he's too heavy. He'll even use the embroidered ergo, which I thought would be too 'girly' for him. Proof here.
