Lilah Rose was born at home on Wednesday morning weighing 7lbs! She's just precious, we couldn't be happier and I'm so thrilled to have gotten the homebirth I wanted!
Labor started for me Monday with erratic ctx that had no pattern. They continued into Tuesday and that afternoon I started showing a pattern. They moved closer and closer together and at around 4am Weds morning we called the midwife and doula. The birth team arrived close to 4:30/5 and she was born just after 8am. Labor was brutal, but pushing was heaven and I'm so glad I did it!
