Okay, I need some flavoring suggestions for water kefir that kids will actually drink. I've been doing two ferments - one with the grains and then I remove them and add dried fruit and then ferment again for another day or so. So far I've added dried cherries and dried blueberries. The fruit flavor is too subtle and if I let it sit longer it get's too "alcoholic" smelling and isn't sweet enough for them. I'm wondering if I should try fruit juice instead of the dried? Any suggestions will help...
