Cavity Help

Thread Starter
I recently had a root canal go bad and spent so much time getting it redone. Also now I have another cavity in one of my eye teeth. The dentist said there isn't much that can be done about it except have it filled.

I am still nursing so I am wondering if that is why I am having so much dental trouble lately.

What do I do to help remineralize the teeth. I already use high vitamin CLO fermented & BO, some liver caps, lots of butter, raw milk and some bone broth. What really gets me is that about 3 months or so ago, I was having a good cup of bone broth daily. Also, I am brushing with tooth soap which has no glycerine. So, I don't know why I am having cavity problems. Maybe my dose of CLO and liver are't high enough since I am nursing??? Does anyone know what doses I should take. It is frustrating to no end!

May be worth it to get your vitamin D tested. I think a separate, significant source of D is required to stay in a good range, whether that's food or really good sun exposure or a supplement (I'm doing #3 currently, adding in #2). Depending on where you are and how your health is, vitamin D can get low without having any really obvious symptoms.

The other thing to consider is, how does your digestion seem? Eating foods that are problematic (gluten's a biggie for us) puts a lot of stress on our bodies--I mean sure, several of WAP's people ate the stuff, but he bemoaned the current degeneration he saw, and that was our grandparents! Cumulative stresses can affect what we can deal with.

When you say eye tooth, that's the pointy teeth, right? I'd call them canines? I got cavities near the gumline in my two canines, and it was due to my grinding my teeth at night, the mechanical stress was excessive. I needed more magnesium, among other things. A nightguard is good too, in case it's more injury/physical stress related.
