Suggestion: OP's responses in bold

Thread Starter
I have a suggestion:

Sometimes when I am reading a thread that has been really popular (5+ pages), eventually I quit reading responses and skip ahead looking for the next update by the original poster.

It would be really great if updates/responses from the original poster were highlighted in some way, making them easier to find when scanning through a thread.

Perhaps all text from the original poster could be bolded - or a different colour? Or the shaded bar at the top of their responses (the bar with the date & time of the response) could be a different, brighter colour?

Just an idea. I think others would appreciate it.

That sounds pretty nifty but isn't something that is in the software atm. We'll have to see if it comes up in future updates. I too tend to scroll around looking for updates.

I usually use my "search feature" (control F) to look for the OP's username, or for a word in the OP's signature. I prefer using a search term in the signature, because often the OP will be quoted (making all those quotes show up in the search) and sometimes people even type up the username such as:

SophieAnne: here's what I do.

I'd probably search for "Human" for SophieAnne's posts, or "Peggy's" for abimommy.

You can also go to 'advance search' in the search this thread feature up at the top, and type in the username in that box.

That's what I do as well. It's handy.
