i made some raw butter about 6 weeks ago and have just discovered one pack left in the back of the fridge. it dosn't smell bad it looks very yellow and there's not mold on it although it dosn't look fresh like when i made it. so is it ok to still eat or does it go off after a couple of weeks? anyone know? thanks...
