false bfp last month..REAL bfp TODAY!

I'm feeeling really psyched but my dh is being careful not to celebrate too much. Last month we got a digital bfp on 8dpo and then bfns 4 more times followed by bad old af! SO, when I took the 1st response e.r. this a.m.., dh was happy but...worried! I tried to explainwhy it's different and how the 2nd line may be lighter but definatly there and that it appeared in about 10 secs. Still he doesn't get it!!

What DPO are you? I POAS at 12 DPO and got BFN and then at 14 DPO got my BFP! I am thinking I might want to POAS again just to see it again.

I'm 11 dpo. I probably will test one more time, but wait a couple more days. AF would be due Sunday so I think I'll wait until then.

Congratulations!! I've had a false BFP before (on a line test) and it sucked. But sounds like this one is the real deal for you!!

WOWEEEE!! That is awesome news!! So happy for you!! I am sure he will get it in a few more days, that it's really real!! You can wait a day or 2 take another test, just to put his mind at ease!!

Congratulations! I say, take another test. That's what I did to prove it to DH. He didn't believe the dollar tree test, so I got the digital and the kind with the plus sign. They're still sitting next to the bathroom sink.

Yep! That's what i'm doing...I'l think I'll wait until Sunday. I bought one more test at the grocery today (smooth it in to the grocery budget so i don't feel so bad!)

I tested again today at noon thirty and it was positve!!!!!!! And definately darker than yesterday...dh was happy but said he's going to hold off celebrating until AF is past due!
