Another great way to use stock...

I roast a whole organic chicken, then simmer the bones and giblets overnight for stock. Then I boil whole wheat or rice pasta in the stock so it absorbs the yummy stock. My kids love it. I have it in the fridge for a few days. It's so easy. I put some butter or olive oil with grated cheese. Add a veggie.

I love Quinoa! I add it to everything! Now I am on a fresh miso kick. I add it to everything! Just made a lime miso salad dressing!:

I just did this with the quinoa to make my fake Chinese food dinner. :

I marinade chicken in lots of an orange, ginger, garlic, honey mixture for a day and then throw it in the skillet with all the marinade. Cook the quinoa in chicken stock, and make carrot vichy from NT. It's our own little TF version of orange chicken and is very tasty!
