Hit me with your best BBQ sauce recipes, please!

I'm looking for the tastiest BBQ sauce recipe ever. I'm especially interested in recipes for the thin vinegar based "Carolina" type sauce but I'd love to see your best BBQ sauces of any style. Thanks in advance! :

it's not vinegar based... but it's homemade.

Thanks, sounds yummy...and I see you made the Ball pickled garlic too...too funny, that recipe is on my list for this week as well. I've been dying to make it, it sounds so delicious, but I just haven't been able to find the time!

i used some of the garlic last night in some red beans and rice. it was really yummy!
