Solarium

The home we are renting has a solarium attached to one of the rooms. It's pretty beautiful, but we are kind of at a loss what to do with it!

We started all our plans in there during the spring, but once summer comes around it's too hot for any humans to spend much time in. I was thinking lemons? Or something else that covets hot weather, but here's my main question:

Is there anything we can "grow" in the winter time?
Or can you think of other creative uses for this room that are a little bit more unconventional than starting up plants and things?

Got a photo? Which direction is it facing, and what's the temperature variance from the dead of winter to the heat of summer?
