Oh, knowing you're a VBAC makes a big difference. Have you ever had a vaginal birth? Birthcare doesn't do VBACs. I don't know if the other practicing homebirth CNM's do VBAC - do any of you know who does and who doesn't?

The best option you have for a great VBAC is with a CPM. One, in particular! She is widely known for helping women have fantastic, safe, VBACs.

No, I have not had a vaginal birth. Although I was dang close to one last time. Honestly, the issue was something a competent midwife could have overcomed. Somehow, my son had shoulder dystocia and yet had to be born c-section (still figuring that one out). I have every single sheet of paper from the hospital on me, and I plan on handing that to the midwife.

I honestly will do everything humanly possible to have a VBAC. Which is why I want to homebirth next time!
