Congratulations!! : I want to go for a VBA2C this time around. I'm prepared to do it and if it fails then at least I tried. I love your story!! I'm glad you proved them all wrong.

That is a great story! Your doctor sounds awesome. Seems calm and experienced. (I bet many doctors are afraid of law suits, which is why they always whisk women off to a c-section as soon as 'something' comes up.)

I was amazed at how fast you went from 8 cm to 10 and ready to push after you had the AROM. I am wondering if the slow progress up to the 8 cm was because it was God's way of taking it slow so you wouldn't have any problems with birthing naturally...Great job, and congrats on your baby girl!
(I had 3 boys, then a girl...and now almost 37 weeks with our 5th baby...I love having a girl! She is just 15 months, so I am nervous about having them so close together!)

I bet your story inspires many not to give up.
