Lol, if your theory is true about more spacey = smarter baby, then I'm having a genius baby too! I've been a queen flake lately... the sad thing is that it does not go away after I have the baby. That's when my DH starts joking that the baby sucks my brains out of my boobs...

I've felt so lucky to not space too bad until recently. I told DH when it started that I've done so well for so long, I don't mind being a total idiot for the last two months. LOL He asked if the excuse went away once the baby is born and I said, "Nope. Then it's a whole new reason!" LOL

I'm with you! The funny thing is, according to my undergraduate neuroscience course, pregnancy is the only time in our adult lives when we get new brain cells. (Dude, I just spaced out...) I guess that's proof that more isn't always better!
