Will adhesives stick to felt?

I want to have a cape decorating party for my 5yo, with felt capes. Will something like this: http://www.orientaltrading.com/ui/br...oduct%20Detail

stick to the capes? How about if they run fabric glue along the back of them?

Any thoughts? Thanks!

I would think they would stick, but I'm not sure how permanent they would be. Fabric glue would definitely work though and should even be washable. Read the label though. I've been slowly making pieces for dd's felt board and some of them I've glued felt to felt, and even had to wash a couple already (because of the cat, not dd ). They went through the washer/dryer fine.
