: : GO SF DINGOES!!!!!!! : :

I'm so excited to track you all today !

Gaye ~ glad you're home safely and had a good trip. Those dumb labs seem to last forever, don't they.

Last night our neighbors invited about 5 families over to watch Bee Movie in their backyard. They had a projector attached to the DVD player and showed the movie on a huge sheet on the side of the porch. All the kids lay out on blankets under the stars and the whole thing was just fun. Plus, I really liked the movie.

Need to make a forward motion plan for today. Maybe a bike....

Go Marathoners!!!!

i won't be able to track this morning as we're headed to Boston for a baseball game, but i'll be thinking of you guys.

Did a 4 hour mountain bike ride yesterday, it was great. a little slick on the roots and rocks, and my entire being was tired from the week of crazy travel. But it felt so good to be in the woods and riding my bike for a long time.

happy running today! :

Go San Fran Dingos!

9 miles in this morning. It was only 64F but 98% humidity and I am sweaty!

I have had a couple people act like I am acting all mopey lately and the odd thing is I don't really feel it. Now dh on the other hand is seriously mopey. I think his mood is rubbing off on my behavior. I know there is nothing I can do about it, I can't even refute his logic/reasoning. I also know my moods are only loosely based on reality. I guess I am just thinking it through here. : to my dh that he can snap out of it and enjoy the good things he has.

I'm set up to track the marathoners!

I'm running a 2 little miles today!

Yesterday sucked! I found out someone at our company has been stealing, and then last night my BFF told me they are probably moving to NH! This is on top of the horrible year we've had financially. I"m so down and angry today! I feel like I could just pick up and check out of life for awhile!

Thank goodness we had awesome weather at the beach last week!

Jaygee..I really like the outdoor movie idea! That sounds like fun!

Nic..hope the move goes well! And, you have a house soon!

Oh, guess everyone is ready for church.. be back later for more personals.

My tracker keeps dying! Gah!
I've got them all loaded with times but I've only been able to refresh twice. Other times I have tried but get an error message. They are more than half done at last check except for popy as the half started later. I hope they are feeling strong.

Same here mjb! Glad it's not just me.

Go ladies over half way there!!

I'm back from my 15!!! I did the first 7 with my running partner (she was supposed to do 6, but went for 7 instead). We kept to around 12:30-13:00 pace for the most part. It was a lovely run with her. She's such a great person to just talk to. I've never had that while running, and I'm finding that I really enjoy it! How often is it that I get any length of time just to chat with someone uninterrupted! Then, the last 8, I did at around a 10:30-11:00 pace (give or take)! I ended up finishing the 15 miles in 2:59:13! Averaging a little less than 12:00 pace! Oh, and we ran past where I ran yesterday, and I was able to determine that I ran almost exactly 8 miles! So, that frustration is resolved to!

Now, off to have some food, then track the Dingos still running in SF!!!! GO DINGOS!!!!
