I am glad that reading the bible before bed seems to help at least. Too bad it is not something you can do on a regular basis with 2 LO in the bed. Must be difficult! Still..It just really stinks to have to deal with something like this at night, while pregnant and needing sleep! I am hopeful for you that this subsides after the your first tri. Good luck! Maybe you should think about talking to your doc about it..maybe they would have some suggestions!

) and I spend a LOT of nights alone since DH works 24-72 hour shifts (he's an EMT), so being at home alone and waking up from a nightmare isn't a pleasant combination.
My IL's are directly across the road, and we're out in the boonies but we have sort of a little country "neighborhood", so I feel safe to an extent, but I've watched too many movies and can visualize pretty much every bad thing that could possibly happen.
Don't you ever think that if you had never seen half the stuff on the news/TV/movies that you have, that you wouldn't be scared? I'm sure of it.
