I rather like the pregnancy timelines that show baby's growth for the gestational age. I am not sure how to express what I am feeling about them, but most of the info is just one line stuff and doesn't go into more detail. Perhaps a link from the newsletter directing the user towards more details.
For example, I just receive the 31 week newsletter and it says,

What's Happening in Your Body?
You may notice an increase in heartburn and indigestion as your expanding uterus puts pressure on your stomach. If this happens, try to avoid hard-to-digest foods, such as very spicy dishes and large amounts of dairy products. |
I think it would be nice to list common offenders that fit in the categories. For instance, there are many who don't actually know that chocolate can aggravate it. Perhaps it would be nice to include a listing of natural supplements and/or remedies that one can try like peppermint tea or papaya enzymes. Perhaps mentioning that protein foods can help to aleviate it. For me personally, I find that starting the day with almond flour pancakes can have a huge affect on how I feel the rest of the day in relation to acid.

You may notice the baby hiccupping more often. This will feel like a small, rhythmic jerking motion inside of your abdomen and is the result of the baby?s continued attempts to practice breathing. |
Maybe a little info on the average size and weight of a babe at this age? It is neat to measure out and try and figure out how that little one is packed in there.

Just my two cents.....and maybe you don't need two cents right now.
