Monday Check-In (on Tuesday)
Name: First Shot Photo
Date: 07-14-09
Where are you in your cycle: CD 9
Appointments: I might head over to the doctor today to check out my cold...
Symptoms if they apply: Cramps from AF, but nothing else.
Testing: NONE
Thoughts: Although I'm glad to have started over a new cycle, I'm a little discombobulated. AF has been super light. I could have left a diva cup in for 3 days and not filled it. Its nice in one since, but I'm afraid that its messing with my cycle. And on top of that, being sick has messed up my temping!!

No fun...no fun at all right now...
Hey FSP, have you thought about seeing someone about your long cycles? I'm worried about your short periods also! My periods have gotten really short and I've been wondering if it's related to my really low iron situation.

I think I o'd. :

Despite how annoying it is to have really long cycles, at least my body is consistent...lol

I'm still waiting to O!!! UGH!!! I had actually given up on this cycle, but this morning I had a healthy portion of EWCM...

DH and I talked last night about TTC. We are both dying for a baby, but he had a very promising interview with a school Monday and the principal contacted him yesterday telling him what to drop off at the district office to "finalize his hiring". That would mean that our insurance would more than likely change...much better insurance though...and we would need to hold off for a couple more months. He said that if I end up pregnant we can just keep our current insurance and switch afterwards...

I feel like with my luck this will be the month I get pregnant...so maybe we should keep trying...LOL!

I have thought about it, and as soon as DH leaves for boot camp, I'm going to look into that if my cycle hasn't repaired itself in a couple of months. So when he gets back, we will be able to resume the baby making process~~

Just popping in again to leave a little comment on my cycle I'm not very good at keeping up with more than one thread, and feel like I am repeating myself if I do.

We are at cycle day 18, I'm not using temp to chart, just fertile signs/timing. Which is interesting, since I am not able to check my fertile mucous as easily due to semen and keeping it in with my diva cup So, just timing.

I woke up the other morning, and felt weepy and had this feeling like I knew the egg met the sperm ( or vise versa) and that it felt distinctly male. I could be very very wrong, and embarrassed about saying this out loud later, but that is how I felt

I'm so tired even after sleeping 12 hours a night, two nights in a row. My nipple are driving me insane (like, removal sounds nice), they are annoying and showing through everything! Puffy and ugh. hahaha.

I typed home pregnancy test in a goggle search as this "positive pregnancy test home".

Here is our chart, could I please have it added next to my name? I'm not sure when to test, since I dont know when I o'd, I generally O 14-16 days into my cycle and have 30-32 day length cycles.

Hope everyone is doing well! :

Hi all!!!

I'm new to the list...so if you could add me into the "trying to conceive #2 list" that would be great!!

Name: Tara

Date: 7/18/09

Where are you in your cycle: I'm on CD 16....and I am pretty sure I ovulated yesterday.

Testing: Will test July 31....but probably earlier because I won't be able to stand it! Haha!!

Thoughts: I'm obsessing already and it's our first month TTC #2!! It took us only one month with our daughter once I figured out my cycle after being on BCPs. I"m hoping we'll get lucky immediately this time too. I swear I ovulated yesterday as I saw some major heavy duty EWCM in the early afternoon. That's always a sure sign for me....and it is usually ALWAYS on CD 14 or 15...and my cycles are usually 27-30 days long. We BD'd CD 13, 14, 15, and 16 (today) so I sure hope we caught the egg!! :

This 2WW is sure going to take forevvvvvvverrrrrrrr!! July 31st can't come soon enough! Last time I was pregnant I found out August 2nd of 2006....so it's kind of funny that we should know by the same time of the month if we are pregnant again or not!

It's nice to join this group and it's nice to meet you all! :

Are you worried at al about the diva cup's suction? I have just under 2 months before I can TTC again but I'm interested in how you came to this conclusion. One of the things I like about the divacup is taht I feel like it sucks out ever last drop of menstrual fluid, I'd worry it would work the opposite direction I'd want it to go with the sperm.

So, I'm about 6 dpo today (possibly 7 if FF is wrong), and I noticed the teeny tiniest bit of pink tinge today on my CM. Perhaps I am just being hyper-aware of every little change in my body....OR maybe it could be implantation? (please, please, please, please) lol

Anyone have thoughts on the matter?

Chemical pregnancy. Bummer, but I am keeping my chin up. Last thing I need is stress messing w/ my O date.

Going away for a much needed weekend of fun (and some drinking, now!). Have a great rest of the week, everyone, and I'll check in on Monday.
Lots of hugs to you Lyndzies.

: for implantation!

AFM: I'm a little behind, hugs and : to everyone who needs them. I've been pulling back a little from ttc. I think I am going to take it easy for the rest of the summer. Not really taking a break, just not trying as hard. We will revisit the discussion on clomid in the fall. I'll try to do a monday check in this week, I think I missed last week .

Hey there all!
So, I'm 26 (27 in Sept.) and we have a DD that just turned 1 on the 3rd. We had been TTA bc DD has/d dairy intolerances, but I got pregnant last cycle, lost the baby and then found out that DD is okay with dairy now so it is not as huge of a deal if I lose my milk in pregnancy. So we are now TTC#2 and this is our first official month trying for a baby ever (DD was a one night we both were frisky and whoops - happy surprise though!)

I had a positive OPK at CD11 and didn't O, but now I think it's the real deal - I got another positive today at CD18 and we BDed yesterday and I'm going to hit up DH today and possibly tomorrow so woo! I was afraid it might be an anovulatory cycle.

I'm also still nursing DD (and in the nursing TTC group here too) and my LPs have been consistently 9 days... ugh. I'm going to try B6 after I O and see if that helps lengthen it a little. We are going on vacation on Thurs. through August 5th, so I'll be testing on vacation but I will be sure to come to MDC to hang out - I'm sure DD and I will be in the hotel room more with naps and her fair skin can't take being at the beach that long per day.

Hope to see lots of BFPs this month!

Oh, and I just started temping again after a long time (since I got pregnant with DD) so here's my chart :-)

I was before I actually tried it. But, at least this way the sperm is staying in at least 12 hours before I take the cup out, instead of just spilling down my legs. I've been thinking with the post ejaculation orgasm and propped hips that they aren't just staying in the vaginal canal, and all the pulling in the world wont take them out of my fallopian tubes! haha. I try to break the suction, but I don't stress about it much. This is our first cycle TTC, and if we were having problems, I would be buying the instead cups.
I'll report back with the positive news

: Monday Check In! :

Name: Kay
Date: 07-20-09
Where are you in your cycle: 10dpo
Appointments: N/A
Symptoms if they apply: Actually I have an absence of symptoms which in its self is odd. I do have an odd 'pulling' sensation in my boobs...but this could be some odd thing the Vitex is doing to me too. Nothing has been normal this cycle!
Testing: nada Not going to test until I'm supposed to at 14dpo I tried to yesterday and I used two IC's and they both errored so I'm taking that as a sign.
Thoughts: I'm just beyond confused. I'm really not into this cycle b/c of how odd it has been and that we only bd once in the fertile period (3 days before O). I guess I'll see

Where are you in your cycle: CD25 and NO O!
Appointments: N/A
Symptoms if they apply: I've had mostly creamy CM for the past two weeks with a little EWCM and sometimes watery here and there. I'm not sure what's going on with me.
Testing: Nothing
Thoughts: Well, my brother and SIL are going out of town next week and are leaving their 7mo baby girl with me. She is absolutely an angel and I can't wait. I guess this will be my first taste of motherhood since I've never had one this small stay for so long. I got to meet my new nephew for the first time this weekend and even got him to laugh out loud at me. Such a cutie! Found out Friday DH got an awesome new job so our insurance will be changing. We have a meeting with the insurance lady today. I guess it's a good thing that I don't even have the chance to be pregnant yet...but boo to postponed O and postponing TTC....til our new insurance kicks in at least.

Where are you in your cycle: CD19 with positive OPK yesterday
Appointments: N/A
Symptoms if they apply: Lots of cramping, no temp shift yet, CM is not much, but lubey feeling.
Testing: Nothing
Thoughts:
SO ready to O and be in the 2ww. DH is ready too - we're both tired of DTD. We leave on vacation on Thursday morning really early so I probably will only be able to temp Tues. and Wed. morning and really want to see a shift in there. (crosscountry/ 3 hour time difference). I may temp on vacation, but I'm sure my chart will look wonky at first. I'm bringing a ton of pregnancy tests and OPKs though as we will be gone until Aug. 5th so I will hopefully be testing if this is O for real!
