Just give them a call, and ask to speak to the owners.
They do local meats by special request, but since local meat is scarce, its not an everyday occurence.
Washington and Oregon have the land to support grassfed.
Now, you can ask if they can get you a grassfed cow from Delta.

We were gifted with 200+ pounds of grassfed fat, plus some bones a few weeks aog, from a family in my raw milk co-op, that had just had it processed through Mat Valley. They were unable to use all the fat that was on that cow. Way more then 6 inches thick!
