Ahhhh, the BEST supper last night!

It was wonderful. Meatloaf made w/ground pork that my mom's dh trapped and my dh butchered and I processed. Cooked w/potatoes, onions, garlic, and carrots out of my own garden. Canteloupe from lady across the road, and sliced homegrown (my home) tomatoes. And zucchini pickles and dilly beans from our garden. Food just doesn't get much better than that! :

I so agree, nothing better than wild/homegrown food!!!

I did not even think about pickling zucchinis. Great idea. I always get to many that I can eat and by the end of the summer they are the size of baseball bats.

I have made meatloaf out of ground pork. Its very yummy.
