Mothease airflow covers versus Bummis Whisper Wraps...

Which do you prefer?

I have used the motherease covers, and I find them OK, except maybe a little pinchy around chubby thighs. And I have to say, I really don't care for any of the prints. I'm looking at getting a few new covers for the upcoming new baby, and I like the look of the Bummis... cute prints, etc.

What have your experiences been with these?

Thanks?

It may depend on what diapers you're using underneath the cover. If I recall correctly the MotherEase dipes do better under a fuller cut cover because of their fit. I've heard Thirsties covers work well for them, I'm sure there are some others too.

I would choose bummis over motherease. The elastic is encased and the PUL is sandwiched so it doesn't touch the baby anywhere.

However, I really like Imse Vimse organic cotton wraps for newborns. The fit is great over prefolds and fitteds, the gussets contain everything and they are cute (IMO anyway!)

Nikkys poly are also nice but they are really trim fitting and don't cover most fitteds. Nijis are supposed to be more full cut and the same fabric (trim soft waterproof poly, doesn't irritate my sensitive baby) but I haven't tried them.

HTH!
