I love raw millet or steel cut oats in my granola -- adds a nice crunch.

I like flax seeds, walnuts, protein powder to help bind crunchy clusters, dried apples and raisins and cinnamon.

It is also nice to do a tropical version with toasted coconut, dried pineapple tid bits, macadamia nuts toasted and chopped, papaya or mango slices, and BANANA CHIPS always = YUMMMMMY!

my fave is Simple Granola from More with Less. It's WWflour, oats, wheat germ, coconut, honey, water, oil, salt...did i get it all? I add raisins after baking. Sometimes cinnamon before baking. Yum.
