A friend of mine started taking a vitamin A pill daily to help his liver health and it's cleared up his psoriasis!

(So, um, anyone know a vitamin for belly fat? )

Thank you for letting us know! I'm currently researching how to help my 10 year old dd with her psoriasis and looking for all the ideas I can get!

Did the Vit A help your dd? My ds's Dr. thinks the rash on his bum might be psoriasis and I'm so worried about it. I thought I'd do a little research in hopes to find a natural treatment and if Vit A works, that is the best news I could have imagined!! I fear this might be a bit to simple, though.

I've heard A for that as well BUT i would be careful with synthetic A. I would try Fermented Cod liver oil or lots of high quality butter it's very high in A and you body knows what to do with it because it's a food You also need D(again cod liver oil) when your taking A they balance each other out and prevent overdosing Just an FYI

And the Omega 3's in cod liver oil helps with skin issues as well. Vit D is supposed to help with eczema, so I am sure it will with psoriasis.
