Very Baby vs. Bottombumpers

I'm looking for a trim AIO with natural fabric interior.I've been leaning to VB or Bottombumpers, also bec. of the price. The bum-ware is more expensive.

I wanted to try the Softbums, but the inside layer is polyester, under the bamboo insert. They look really neat!

There are too many diapers here to decide between them. Choices!!!

i just ordered some bottom bumpers to try. cant say how they are yet but i can update on monday . i prefer side snaps for dd so that was my reasoning. the vb aios look great too though.

I've never used Bottombumpers but I've used VB AIO's and absolutely loved them. The ones I diapered my 4yo in have gone on to be used by two more kids. I've started ordering more for the baby due this Oct.

Mums Bums Bamboo AIO's are trim and lined with a combination or organic bamboo velour and organic cotton. The absorbent soakers are made with hemp. If you have a copy of the cloth diapering issue from Mothering, we were the AIO featured in the article. The photo is our suedecloth lined version, but the bamboo one the same design, it's just made with different materials.

About 4 years ago, when I was diapering my first CD'd babe, Bottombumpers and Very Baby AIOs were two of the top diapers on the market. I love them both, and have gotten to know the WAHMs behind them over the years.

Both of these are very trim, with the main difference in the "regular" versions of each (some customizing is available now) is that BBs are side-snap and VBs are front aplix. I do think the BBs may be a bit trimmer through the legs, too, with a more defined hourglass shape. But, VB AIOs have been my workhorse dipes for many years!

I believe BBs are now available at retailers (in addition to Stacey's site), and VB are available through many WAHMs via cottage licensing. My first and favorite is Sunshine at http://www.flutterbybaby.com/ .

They are both fantastic dipes, and I hope you love whichever you choose.

I was leaning more toward VB, but Bottombumpers is cheaper, (and I'm in Canada, so it costs more for me) and Two Little Whales is having a 10% sale until tomorrow, so I got 1 side snapping, and one velcro. I hope it will fit well.

The Mums Bums were more than what I wanted to spend.

We're really enjoying the Bottombumpers. They're trim, absorbant and nice.
