Anyone have an update? I've not been around too much, but wondered how she and her DD are doing.

Hi There,

Thanks for thinking of me!

My little one is growing very quickly.. I've been having post partum issues ... stress of being a single first time parent, stress dealling with the father who has a new girlfriend, tells me loves me and thinks of me, but continues his relationship with this YOUNG girl and telling me that he doesn't think we have enough to make a relationship work

I'm stressed, tired and frustrated, but doing my best, to be in control for Kaytlyn.

here are some of the latest pictures:

She's beautiful!!!

I did PM you, but I wanted you to know that I had really bad post partum depression with my other kids, so if you want to talk I'm here.

I'm sorry Kaytlyn's dad is being a jerk. I really hope that you have people in your life that can support you emotionally right now. I have such a heart for mom's with post partum because of what I went through. Please let me know if there is anything I can do!!!

Oh, she's so beautiful! And it looks like she's growing big and strong. I'm so glad to see that. The little boy in the green shirt is an angel too.

Thanks for the update and thank you for the PM.

Thanks... the little boy is a friends child.

I'm taking it day by day...and have no idea how teen single parents do this.. i'm trying at 32

I'm much better off than i would have been a few years ago but the loneliness factor is a big one along with the depression I experience.

slowly i'll make it through.. need a littlemore strength.

sounds cliche- but after having btdt, the only thing that kept me going literally was thinking "one step at a time, one day at a time- that's all I can handle" and some days are better than others.

last night i was lying in bed crying, seriously depressed and that is with DH. It's STILL stressful and she's been home for a good while now. I have read that in time, the anxiety of that experience does get better, but..... one day at a time. one step. one foot in front of the other. and today is much, much better. hooray!

and have good friends. Like US!

Hi Christine,

You've got a lot on your plate and you're doing wonderfully. Kaytlyn is just beautiful and you have so much to feel good about. Sending you big hugs and lots of loving energy.
