Anyone have the new Fuzzi Bunz One-size??

Title says it all! Anyone have any of these? Do you like them? We currently have 40 BG 2.0s which we've loved, but I'm due in august and DS shows no signs of potty training atm (hes 27, nearly 28 months now...), and so I'm considering asking for some more diapers and am torn between more BGs and trying the new fuzzi bunz one-size... Any thoughts??

yes- we have them- and i really like them, but dh does not like them as much. he likes aplix/velcro better than snaps b/c itis easier to get on our super wiggly little guy. I like them b/c they have a better size range, and i like how they adjust for size much better than the BG. Dont get me wrong, i love BG, but the FB's are softer to me, and the PUL is a higher quality. I will say that CottonBabies has the best customer service ever. I cannot comment on the FB c.s. b/c I have never had to deal with it.
I think your best bet would to be get one of each and see what you like better and what fits your l.o the best. I had the BG when ds was first born, and hated the 3 I had and ended up selling them. I bought some more when he was about 6 mo and loved them. I did not have any luck with the BG's aplix when ds was a newborn- it rubbed on his little legs and the fit was horrible. I did not have the FB's for him as a newborn, so i cannot comment on the fit on a newborn- i think they would be great on an itty bitty baby. Both the FB's and the BG pockets come with 2 inserts, I like the FB better b/c they do not have the snaps on them. Personal preference I guess, but I never know which way to put the BG insert when it is on the largest setting- if the snap faces in, i feel it will poke ds, if the snap faces out, i feel it may ruin the PUL. I ended up buying 2 extra 3-packs of the FB inserts to use on my BG's.

OK, so sorry to rattle on...hope this is somewhat helpful!!

I have some, but I am a BG girl at heart. I have heard great things about the FBs, but I like the fit of the aplix on my BG OS dipes. I'm not sure about the fit on a newborn though b/c we started CD a little later. I agree with the one of each kind b/c every dipe fits every baby differently.

I have 2 FB OS. A friend gave them to me when DD was born. She is now 4 months old and so I have just began to use them. Even though they sized down that far, technically, she still swam in them until now. She is petite, though, just now 12 pounds at 4 months. I love the material - much softer than the BG. I do like the snaps. Unlike the PP, I do not like the way they adjust. I think it is a pain. You have to pull and button in 4 places. The BG is so much easier to adjust. THe FB comes with 2 inserts, same ply, just different lengths. Overall, I think they are both good diapers. Just small differences here and there. May be worth it to you to give one a try and see what you think!

DD 2 is a chunky-thighed little 6-week-old, and I've been trying one-sizes... I think I like the FB OS better than the Bumgenius... the way the elastic works is just brilliant, and really, really helps with fit.

Also, I have some old FB size smalls, some on their 4th baby, and they have just really held up well... you presumably know how BG wears by now, but I wasn't impressed by how the velcro held up (DD1 had a 1.0 and a few 2.0's).

One thing: the BG booster/newborn insert is tiny, and doesn't soak up enough by itself even for tiny DD. The FB small insert is much thicker. (But, either works beautifully on top of a Joeybunz small hemp insert... that's the current overnight solution.)

It was good to read those. My husband also prefers the velcro on bG over FB snaps but the velcro just doesn't hold up! My 2 year old loves to wear dresses and when she has on a bG w/ curled up velcro, it catches on her dress and comes undone. I have some FB OS dipes and haven't had a chance to use them yet, but I suspect they will soon be the new popular OS dipe. Yes, they will be a pain to adjust, but at least when you find out where they fit, you can put them all on that setting and leave them. I LOVE the fact that the elastic is easily replaced. I have had to retire several bG due to shot elastic in the legs. I'm not handy enough to spend time trying to replace that elastic. With life time warrenty on the snaps, FB OS will truley be a diaper that can last through 3 or 4 kids. My DD has worn a size MD FB since she was 8 months old and I feel like the legs on them fit better when she had baby fat on her thighs, than now. They gap at the legs and I'd love to be able to adjust the leg elastic. I can't wait to try my FB OS on her and the next baby we decide to have.

I have 3 and my dd is 12 months, 19 lbs and skinny. I actually prefer the sized fuzzi bunz to the OS. I do like the snaps because I don't have to worry about velcro issues, but the OS FB seems to fit bulkier than the mediums I have. I think for my next baby, I'll buy smalls instead of more OS.

The FBOS are really cool. I like how the leg elastic adjusts so you can fit those chicken thighs. I like the two inserts, too, and snaps do hold up better over time.

I tested them before they finalized the pattern- and then tried the final one too. I do not like them. They are bulky. Ive tested several OS diaps and my fav of all the newer ones are Smartipants. (I have a 7 month old 13 lb and a 4 yr old special needs 39lb in diapers). I literally have 2 way end of the spectrum kids in diapers.
