OT: Crying at "Star Trek?" Now I know I'm PG!

So we finally got a chance to see the new Star Trek movie today - (we're huge sci-fi buffs!) And in that first scene when Kirk's mom is in labor and she's listening as Kirk's dad dies trying to save everyone???? I'm SOBBBING - and laughing at the same time because know I know it's real!

I kept trying to whisper to DH "now I know I'm preggo," but I couldn't stop laughing and crying .... he was totally cracking up too.

I'm totally not a person who cries at movies at all - English patient, Steel Magnolias, - not a tear. But Star Trek? Really?

You know what, I cried at that scene and I wasn't even preggers. I just have an emotional reaction to watching births on screen.
