I recently read that some people think grains should be very limited. I'm confused because the 'food pyramid' says grains should be what we eat the most of. We've been eating A Lot of grains!! Oatmeal for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and rice or pasta with dinner, plus lots of O's all day.
What do you think??? Too much?? Now I'm worried I'm hurting my dd's system!
We eat tons of veggies, eggs, beans, nut butters, yogurt ect as well... but should i cut way down or what?
