I'm going to say plant 1 is feverfew. I had the same problem with that one. Wondered if it was celery coming up where I hadn't planted it lol and then flat leaf parsley. does it have quite a weird and strong "non-edible" smell?

plant 4 looks marjoram to me. I think it will be easier once they flower.

I don't see any borage in there, but larger pics would help!

if your borage comes up, the leaves will be in little rosettes of pale green/grey, fuzzy leaves. Those will grow up and out a bit until the flower stalks appear. The flowers will blue (sometimes white, sometimes fade to pink), nodding stars. You really can't mistake them for anything else. The leaves are downy, but crisp/firm with slightly ruffled edges, not soft and velvety like lambs ears.
