Thanks! My neighbour is also an avid gardener and she got me addicted. Since the backyard is dedicated to food production I had to remove the lawn to get all the flowers I wanted!

I love the rounded log edging! What kind of lavender do you grow? Mine seems to get winter killed every year.

The lavender is hidcote blue. I made sure to cover it with straw and we get lots of snow cover as well. I was really happy to see that it made it through the winter. It smells wonderful.

We are trying to get more of the red fire brick to finish the paths with. Dh originally started doing crazy paving but it doesn't match so he's going to pull it.

I can't wait until next year to see everything really fill in!
