fairymom, there is some good information about plugged ducts on kellymom. It can be related to bras, carriers or other things that restrict milk flow. And also latch, feeding patterns, etc. I know someone who had a recurrent plugged duct problem that had good success with taking lecithin (I think there's dose info on kellymom).

Nora's sleep has been pretty lovely, but a few nights recently have been more wakeful. I have a little bit of dread about hitting four months, since we seem to be leaving sleepy newborn territory, and I'm bracing myself for a lot more wakings...

Yes! Me me me! I've had this happen twice. I didn't realize it was a clog until a few weeks later when I read something somewhere that a white spot on the nipple=a clog in the nipple itself. For some reason I thought I had thrush and was dosing myself with vinegar water after each feeding. Both times it resolved itself within a day. I think maybe the acid in the vinegar dissolved the clog? I'm glad you're feeling better.

I can't believe our 4/10 babies are three months old. DH, River and I celebrated on Friday with a long hike, a yummy dinner, and a nice dessert. We made it through the 4th trimester! : This past year has been amazing, what with waiting for it to sink in about being pregnant, then feeling sick a lot of the time, then feeling better for a short while, then getting HUGE, then having a baby! I remember being in the TTC forum at this time last year, watching folks like Kate getting their BFPs and wanting so badly to get mine. And now I have my little sweetie. Who is still in bed with her daddy, so now I'm going to go snuggle them both.

Im way to tired to post more but I wanted to say I cant wait to have the baby home so I can keep up[ with this board!!!

It wont be too long because shes coming home by FRIDAY!!!! Yes!!!

Clogged ducts. I hate them but I get one like once a week. I LOVE the relief I feel when they unplug though!!!! It feels amazing!

Nancy - Z is adorable and so huge!!! I love roly poly babies.

Isa anyone pregnant yet? I saw on another site that some women with Apr due dates were preg already!!!

Ok, off to nap. Im pumping every 3-ish hrs now to try and wean down without getting engorged. There is NO way I can pump every few hours when Im about to have a special care babe at home!
