Does anyone know the nutritional info for whey?? I plan on making alot of yogurt cheese soon and want to know what the whey consists of nutritionally so I can best decide how and when to use it. Thanks!!

I read it from a different site (where someone called Dannon)... every 4 ounces of whey you drain off, you need to subtract: 7g carbs, 30 calories, 1g protein, and 130mg calcium.

So every cup (8 oz) of whey contains approximately 60 calories, 14 grams carbs, 2 grams protein, and probably a bit over 1 gram of fat, and 260mg calcium.
