My whole family seems to be dying...

Today, my great aunt passed away. On the 4th, another great aunt passed away. Last Monday my uncle passed away.

That's 3 people in 7 days. To ice the cake, my grandmother has been in the hospital for 11 days with raging pneumonia that isn't getting better. They transferred her to the nursing home today where her sister was and she got to spend 2 minutes (literally) with her before she died. Thank goodness for that...

I'm having a really hard time coping. Like, really really hard. My poor mom and her poor cousins. This is insanity.

((hugs))) We once had three people pass away in our family in 10 days. It seemed like we would return from one funeral, only to hear about another death. Prayers for you and your family at this difficult time.

That's really hard. There was a period in my life, between the ages of 7-10 where I lost 3 grandparents, one aunt, one cousin and most notably my sister. As hard as that experience was (and I was a bit morbid unfortunately as a teenager), it really shaped my life immensely. It really puts life in perspective, to treasure every moment that you have with people.
