Honestly, people might not agree with me here...but I wouldn't freak out too much. Just keep an eye out for infection from any potential tearing (which would be pretty rare...especially if the doctor just very slightly pulled back on the foreskin).

When you go in next time for an appointment tell the doctor that you don't have any concerns about your son's genitals and that you'd just rather leave the diaper on. Unless of course you DO have concerns...and then make sure to make it VERY clear to the doctor that he's not to manipulate the foreskin back at ALL.
