What sort of pregnancy teas are you drinking??
Are you mixing your own or buying an already mixed one.

I bought a bulk bag of nettles and RRL (and red clover) I was doing an infusion with all 3, but now I'm cutting out the red clover and cutting back on the RRL for the first trimester. I usually do a small handful of each herb, put it in my french press and pour boiling water over it and then let it steep for at least 4-8 hours or overnight, depending on when I find time to make it. Then I drink it hot or cold. Instead of a small handful of RRL I'm going to cut it down to about a tablespoon for the 1st trimester.

I also like to make infusions of oatstraw...and I'm going to get all the ingredients that are in the earth mama angel baby nausea tea and make a batch of that as well.

Do you not mix the oatsraw wth the other herbs??

*I* don't...I don't really love the flavors together and oatstraw doesn't need to steep as long as nettles etc... I have one big french press for the nettles (and RRL) and a small one for the oatstraw. I might get some alfalfa too.

Do you get your bulk items locally or order them online? I need a good source.

I just got mine from bulkherbstore.com
They are way cheaper than my co-op or local herb stores.

What do nettles and oatstraw do?

I have been grating fresh ginger and making tea out of that to help my tummy. It seems to be working pretty well. I prefer ginger beer but it is 5$ for a 4 pack! ouch!
