Not sure if this belongs here...(please direct me if not) but please help if so!

I had a cesarean birth almost 16 months ago. I healed quickly (was afraid to excerise for about 4 months and my body didn't feel like its self until about 8 months. Though I'm sure that's quite common)...weird thing has happened now 4 times --started about one month ago --I was seriously scrubbing my oven --bent over, not in a great position and then I had this horrible spasm to the right side of my stomach --I didn't know what it was or even is a muscle spasm --at the time I thought, "oh my gosh my uterus is splitting apart and I'm doing to die!" It hurt and I fell to my knees and then the floor. It lasted for a long minute. I have a strong pain threshhold so I was quite shocked to say the least (hence, the dying part)

The next time it happended was during sex, then abs excerise again. None have hurt like the first one-- it's just startling/scary.

Just to descibe it better: my stomach muscles bunch up in an almost ball and turn hard, I just breath through it and hold the spasming area w/my hand and after a minute it subsides. My husband said he's gotten the same thing where his appendix was taken out --my mother, a nurse, suggested it was a muscle spasm and had nothing to do w/my uterus (to my relief) but she had a cesarean and this never happend to her so I'm wondering if it's happened to any of you? And what can I do about it? And will it be a prohibiting factor in my hopes for a future vbac!? Any insight would be helpful! Thank you!
