Swine flu: this forum has made me WAY too cynical

So, first I read this article a while back:

And today I read this:

States told to prepare for worst-case swine flu scenario

http://www.cnn.com/2009/HEALTH/07/09...flu/index.html

And all I can think is, see how the message changes as well approach vax season? And see how they are intentionally discouraging people from seeking natural immunity in order to later scare them into paying for immunity?

Yeah, and? It's mild and there is a risk with the vaccine also. He is not making a good argument.

I think if people purposefully got themselves exposed they'd be responsible enough to stay home for a while. I hope at least.

I think the whole family already had it back in May but we chalked it up to a stomack bug! I am assuming then we are now immune to getting it again if thats the case!
