What routine are you doing or plan to start??
I'm hoping to join a prenatal yoga class.
Should I also do some aerobics? yoga seems so calm...

I just ordered the divine mother prenatal yoga video, and the perfect pregnancy workout from amazon. I hope to practice both as much as possible and be in better shape than I was last time....and I really need the relaxation...

I ordered the Perfest Pregnancy workout, I have heard many good things about it. I like a challenge.

I have two DVD's from last time still. I never really used them last time, but I'm hoping to get into them this time. I thought it'd be fun to try and involve Meredith in them too. I also went swimming a lot last time and want to start doing that again this time too.

I'm walking everday for about an hour, and doing prenatal yoga 3 days a week.

Since learning I was preggo, I've been doing about and hour, 6 days per week. Elliptical, fast walk on tread and then weight training.

DH and I ride our bikes everywhere on the weekends. I guess I'll continue this until it doesn't feel comfy.

I'm doing Shiva Rea's prenatal yoga 3x a week and walking as much as I can. I just put a couple of other prenatal workout DVD's in my Netflix queue. They don't seem to have the Perfect Pregnancy video. I hate purchasing things like that without trying them out first.

I've been swimming 3 days a week which is awesome. Although, when the pool closes for the summer I'll probably switch back to the Elliptical machine.

I'm doing the workouts that I was doing before pregnancy, 30-60 minutes of cardio 5x a week and weights 4x a week.

I'm not doing anything different yet. I practice yoga 3-5 times a week. One of my teachers is my inspiration.... she's 6 months pregnant and still teaching & practicing. She did the same up until she delivered her first. She just adjusts as she needs to, so I hope to be able to do the same, with her help.

I also plan to start walking regularly too.

I'll be walking 1 hour everyday, Shiva Rea's Prenatal Yoga everyday, and The Perfect Pregnancy Workout (which I find challenging) 3x a week. I didn't stay in shape my 2nd pg and I gained 69# and felt like CRAP. My last pg, I was somewhere in between. And my first I did yoga throughout, which is very important for me. I have to keep on top of things with 4 LO's running around!
