hypoallergenic multi for young toddler

My 16 month old DD is allergic to a long list. Today her GI recommended that I get her on a multi. I'm wondering if anyone here has a recommendation.

She is avoiding dairy, soy, egg, all grains, coconut, almond, and high salicylate foods.

Thanks for any help.

There is another thread on this from the past few days, you might want to look at that one. We do the Perque chewables, on the rec of a mama here, and we are avoiding the same things you are.

My DD uses Nutricology/Allergy Research MVM-A. It's an adult formula but I give her 1/2 a capsule a day mixed with something sweet (molasses/maple syrup/rice syrup/sorghum syrup). It's not a complete multi but it covers what I want and I give her the fat soluble vitamins separately (vitamin A & D in softgels as well as vitamin K2). I also give her NOW multi-mineral capsules, another adult product. She gets 1/3 capsule a day of that (used to be 1/2 but she was getting diarrhea from too much magnesium...apparently she's inherited my very low bowel tolerance to oral magnesium supplements).

I got the Perque chewables, and DS liked them, but they triggered a sals reaction for him (the fruit flavoring). He's pretty sensitive to sals right now, but 1/4 tablet triggered him, FWIW. I take the Perque adult ones and really like them.

I have found a great multi for kids, it's by GI Pro Health and it's called GI ProChild. It even has the right kind of folate in it! But I don't know about a 16 month old. I think i'd be hesitant to give a 16 month old a multi. Is she still breastfeeding?

You could do raw fermented cod liver oil!

I still am bfing her. Probably 50% of her nutrition is bm. I'm trying to do things like broth for calcium but I can't get her to drink it.

She gets fermented CLO.

I ordered the brainchild liquid vitamins to see if I can get them into her (sample size) With both parents and her one sister having adhd I figure she needs all the help she can get.
