Ok, so I knew he had 4 small cavities in 4 baby teeth. We found out in Feb. He also had some cavities in adult teeth, and we took care of those first (they were under warranty, too, so that saved us $600 as we were putting $3k in my toddler's mouth from undeveloped enamel issues). I decided to take a wait and see approach, and have been extra diligent w/brushing and flossing and using ACT (but no other fluoride in toothpaste, etc), eating raw cheese, using xylitol, and kavidy kops natural licorice sucker treatments (recommended by my toddler's dentist), lots of bone broth, etc....The cavities are no worse at all after several months. They of course wanted to fill them at $300/tooth. I just cannot afford that right now, esp. for teeth that he will lose in a few years.
Of course I do not want the decay to harm the adult teeth. What would you do? Would you opt to have them removed if the cavities worsen? Would you fill these one at a time?
