I've found a stray/feral cat at my mom's house. I would be willing to take it in (in addition to the 3 I already have) or my aunt would take it in (she has 1 cat), but I can't spend the months of slow trust building that I've previously done with strays. It's VERY hot here and my mom lives 30 minutes away from me. She's not able to sit outside waiting for the cat to come eat for very long and I can't get over there every day to wait for it. Is the only way to catch this cat to get a live animal trap? I'm worried about the temperature outside this weekend as it will be over 110 and would like to get it in someone's house asap.
