Favorite wool covers

What brands do you recommend? I'll be using this cover during the nighttime. DS is 25 months and around 30 pounds. He is a heavy wetter. I'm going to try putting this over my BG nighttime dipes, but if that doesn't work I'll buy a bunch of toddler prefolds to use.

We LOVE Aristocrats for nighttime. They are thick, double layered, hold Lanolin well... just an all around awesome over night cover. The only disadvantage is that I can't them to fit under DS's sleepers, so the weather has to be warmish.

What do you know about sizing for the large? I was looking at getting that size for DS but when I was on the Green Mountain website I saw that they had the recommended weight range as 20-29 pounds, not the 20-35 pounds the company says.

Bump!

I've forgotten about my own thread.

Any other ideas?

I think I like my hand-knitted longies the best. They don't fit as closely against the diaper as my soakers do, and that seems to keep them drier while still keeping the sheets dry. Because the longies stay drier they do not need to be washed/lanolized as often.

Out of my soakers the one I like the best for overnight is a Rainbow Waters that fits more loosely around the leg. The ones that fit closely on the leg (in the crotch area) soak up so much pee and uses up all the lanolin -- resulting in stinky covers that need to be washed and relanolized all the time. So I don't think I'm recommending a particular brand, they've all worked fine for me (remember your cover is only as good as the diaper underneath it) -- I'm recommending a looser fit with a good absorbent dipe underneath.
