Flagstar Mortgage's? Anyone use/heard/know of them?

My parents had one on the last house. No major issues that I know of.

That's who we have our mortgage through. No problems at all, I like their online payment layout...easy to use. Everytime we have called for various reasons they have been quick to answer and everyone seems to know what they are talking about.
I was late on a payment one month and so they told us for the next three months they were going to call us before the payment was due just to make sure we were going to pay it. I would have ahd a problem with this if they were nasty about it but, they totally weren't. So, it was okay to me.

Pretty ok company, if you ask me.

Our first and second mortgage is through Flagstar. Haven't had any issues, but haven't had to contact them really for anything yet.

We are about to start the process of loan modification so we'll see how they are to work with.
